The climate in Bisbee, Arizona is perfect for outdoor activities throughout the year.  However, certain months can be more comfortable to visit during than others.

            On average, the hottest months of the year are June and July, during which time the daily high temperatures will generally hover in the upper 80’s and lower 90’s.  Temperatures have been known to reach into the 100’s, but these occurrences are rare.  The nighttime temperatures during these months will generally drop to the upper 50’s and lower 60’s.  

            The coldest months of the year on average are December and January, during which time the daily high temperatures will generally remain in the mid 50’s.  The nighttime temperatures during these months will generally drop to the lower 30’s.  During extremely cold nights, frost will cover the outdoor world in the mornings.  

            The rainiest months of the year on average are July and August.  The monsoon season usually starts the week after 4th of July and lasts through September.  During that time there is generally a rainstorm (some quite spectacular) about 3 pm every day and showers that can come and go during the evening.  It can be quite cool in evenings.  Bisbee is not a very wet place, but during these months, rainstorms are common.  The rest of the year is generally dry.

            The spring season is perhaps the best times of year to visit.  The temperatures are warm, the climate is dry, and less tourists visit than during the summer or winter months.
