If you want the chance to tour and taste at a nearby historic winery, then Bodega Calle is the best place to visit. It is located in Lujan de Cuyo in Drummond on 154 Alberti street. It is about 20 minutes from downtown Mendoza and is on your way to any other winery you might visit south of town. It was originally built in 1925 and has all the charm of the best of the wineries founded during Argentina's original boom days in the 1930's. Plus, moden technology has been incorporated during the winery's remodel in 2000, that compares with the best of the wineries of the Uco Valley.
