Named after his beloved pit bull Cisco, Cisco Burger is completely solar operated, uses only biodegradable products and serves up the best burger in Long Beach .  Just steps away from West Coast Choppers’ headquarters, Jesse made sure that every inch of Cisco Burger is environmentally friendly – even deliveries are made in a Prius (with WCC rims of course!)

Most recently, Jesse has brought in a news check to expand the Cisco Burger menu and bring the food quality to a gourmet level Additional items include fresh homemade soups, an LBC cheese steak sandwich, cornflake french toast, handmade milkshakes and a BBQ Chicken Salad (Jesse has been known to eat this every day!)  Although these items have already become fan favorites, Cisco’s tasty Kobe beef burgers and 50/50 (fries and onion rings) still remain the most popular items!

In addition to the tasty food and eco-friendly atmosphere, Cisco Burger surprises most guests with its flawless interiors.  Patrons rave that this is one of the cleanest burger joints they have ever seen and Jesse and his staff pride themselves on these impeccable surroundings.
