Jacuzzi Family Vineyards is family-owned and run, along with its sister winery across the road, Cline Cellars.  Fred and Nancy Cline opened Jacuzzi in July of 2007, named in honor of Fred's maternal grandparents who were responsible for his interest in winemaking.  And, yes, the Jacuzzi family did invent the Jacuzzi Spa (which they no longer own).

This Italian winery is breathtakingly beautiful.  You feel as though you have been transported to a Tuscan Villa with surrounding vineyards...in Tuscany.  The doors, windows and Murano glass chandelier were brought over from Italy.  The focus is Italian varietals...recognizable ones (Pinot Grigio, Barbera) as well as others relatively unknown in the United States (Arneis, Nero D'Avola, Primitivo).  Wine tastings are complimentary.  There is also an extensive gift shop as well as tables and chairs in the back courtyard for picnicing (note: "Wine Country etiquette" is that you buy a bottle of wine at that winery for the privelege of utilizing their picnicing facilities).  Also, The Olive Press, a separate business, occupies a space inside, offering the opportunity to sample different olive oils.

Location: Highway 121 in Sonoma.
