Bluff Lake Nature Center is a 123 acre urban wildlife refuge, located along Sand Creek Greenway in east Denver. Bluff Lake is free to the public, and open from dawn until dusk. Throughout the school year, the Nature Center hosts schoolchildren from throughout the Denver region for science education programs. In the summer, Bluff Lake offers evening Fireside Chats on a variety of nature-related topics, and week long summer camps for young residents.
