The Charlie Horse Restaurant is where the locals go.  Great menu including all-you-can-eat snow crab legs!  Really good grouper ruben  too (if you don't see it on the menu...ask for it).  They serve beer and wine only.  They have a couple video games and a pool table in the back area to keep the kids busy.  However, this is definitely not a bar.  Located across the street from the beach on A1A in Ormond Beach and next door to Bonefish Grill.
