Greek Island Taverna on A1A near Oakland Boulevard
The Parrot: the only place on Ft Laud beach that doesn't charge tourist prices. Good food, good library of beer, cheap.Beach Pizza: when you want a good slice served to you by a nice person rather than thrown at you, try Beach Pizza on the Las Olas side fofthe beach. Staff is polite and friendly, place is clean, za is good. Menu variety a little wider as well.
Wayward Sailor: clean neighborhood watering hole on the corner of Oakland PK Blvd and US1. Great burgers, wings, and the menu has some nice surprises that suggest the cook is not just another hash slinger. Also: the cook has the sense to put the mushrooms on the burger THEN the cheese, so they stay on.
