There's many sights to see and scenes to visit in Miami. There's some great historical depth here and of course the natural side is breath taking. The traveler can visit many worlds at once, you can be stuffing your face with a tamale in Little Havana one minute, or take a riverboat ride through the Everglades the next, or even be a hot trendy hipster at the many Downtown Miami clubs.
One of which, is worth noting, The Pawn Shop Lounge. What separates this club from the rest is that it is not cheesy like the South Beach clubs that are overrun with B list celebrities. You won't find that here, just really trendy great music that you can dance to, great drinks that are free until midnight, and the most amazing/odd VIP room you have ever seen. (it's a BUS).
It's really important, especially as a traveler going to a new place, where to go that's not a total rip off. A lot of places in Miami are "touristy" that might make one feel cheap. You have to go to the heart of Miami.
