I happened upon a unique store in Chicago the other day.  La Galleria D' Arte Giuseppe Armani.  I talked with the owner, and he told me they have the largest selection of Armnai Sculptures in the country.   Walking through thier gallery is like walking through an art muesum.  Giuseppe Armani was the artist who created these works - he passed away in Oct of 2006, therefore his works are becoming more rare and increasing in value.  The gallery has over 1000 sculptures and figurines, over 100 of them are retired pieces that once they are gone they are gone.  I was really impressed with this gallery. The sculptures are just unbelievable. I really like Ebony and Ivory - it is stunning.   The gallery does have a website armanisculpture.com and you can schedule a private showing by calling 630-220-4916.  I must say that the sculptures are a little pricey, but very beautiful.   If you are a collector of fine sculptures you will really want to see this place.
