Fort Wayne has recently amped up its public transportation options with the expansion of its Citilink bus service. Riders will now find it easier to get from the city's numerous suburbs to other major places in the Fort Wayne. Service extends as far north as the Dupont Hospital, east into nearby New Haven, and as far as the Village at Coventry in newly-annexed Aboite township in southwestern Fort Wayne. There are a wide variety of fare options. Regular adult fare are one dollar per trip. Reduced fares are available to senior citizens, children between the ages of 5 and 18, and people with disabilities. Monthly passes are available, with discounts for the groups just mentioned, as well as ten-ride cards for people who don't wish to buy their ticket every ride. Purchase passes at the Citilink office, Scott's food stores, Shaver and Pen and the City County Building, or purchase individual tickets directly from the driver. Buses are outfitted with bike racks on the front of the buses.
