The General Store next door to Red's Eats in Wiscasset is interesting. They sell everything from paint and kitchen gadgets to wine and deli meats - definitely worth checking out.

In Boothbay Harbor check out the store "Istana" at 49 Commercial street, they have fantastic gifts, home decor, clothes, bags, sculptures, many, many unusual items, one of a kinds, and at fantastic prices. Also a great fishing town to visit.

Into antiquing? There are a bunch of flea markets in the area, and of course antique stores. Great bargains can be found at a place called Ed's Stuff. If you're coming from Boothbay Harbor, he is on Rte. 1, just before the bridge to Bath. The store is a mess, but his prices are better than any of those places where you can easily navigate through the aisles.

For clothing bargains, go to Renys. The one in Bath has a nice selection of quality merchandise, including brand names, for prices that will make your jaw drop.
