-Spend the day on Assategue Island.  It has beautiful unspoiled beaches, wild ponies and deer, biking, kayaking and scenic drives.

-Day trip to Rehoboth Beach - shop the endless oultets where there's no state tax.  Old dowtown Rehobeth Beach has great restaurants and is a nice town for walking.

-Fisher's caramel popcorn (save your bucket for a cheaper refill)

- Thrasher's fries (or Boardwalk Fries) w/ vinegar

- Polish Ice on the boardwalk

- Tony's pizza on the boardwalk -- eat upstairs w/ a great view of the ocean

- Steamed crabs or a crabcake -- take your pick -- they're everywhere

- Funnel cake (the ones next to Fisher's up near Lighthouse Rd.)

- Kohr Bros soft serve ice cream
