Getting around Saratoga, you drive in and walk. It's not a huge city, small and lovely with quite a bit packed in, but in a clean and organized way. Park on Broadway, or one of the main streets. Go to Congress Park, on Broadway, and take a left, Across from it you'll see a parking Garage that's very safe and will keep your car cool without having to fight for a space, and it's a free parking garage! Saratoga Springs is all free parking, so be prepared to drive looking for a space. It's worth the walking up and down the side streets to see everything, and read the menus on the restaurant windows. If you need a taxi, you can't get one by whistling, you'll need to call. The sidewalks are wide enough for plenty of foot traffic, and safe for wheelchairs. The street just behind (left if you come from I-87 exit 15) is one way for most of it. Just go to the next street if you need to go back the other way. Parking and walking is the best way to go.
