This is a great park, very near the city.  It has a monumnet commemorating war martyrs that is both architecturally interesting and has interesting information.  However, everything in this park is geared toward chinese speaking people. No english subtexts.  Some mornings there are groups singing classical style chinese opera music. Each group was led by a person who volunteers their time and experience, and was accompanied by some instrument.  There is also a large lake at this park, with several bridges and many walking paths.  There is a great fish pond that has some very large carp.  There are carnival type rides and games, including a nice farris wheel and two small roller coasters.
