The Stanthorpe Museum is on the road into town from the north and is surprisingly comprehensive for a small town. There are eleven buildings with well displayed artifacts in abundance. Everything is clean, well lit and lovingly cared for by a staff of willing volunteers.

The Museum opens from 10am to 4pm Wednesday - Friday, 1pm-4pm on Saturday and 9am - 1pm on Sunday.

One visit is never enought there is so much to see. The visitors come away wishing they had longer and the museum offers two visits in the week you visit for the price of one visit.

Adults pay $5 and children are $2.50. They can do bus groups too but you must book first. 07 46811711
