Shopping Oklahoma City is an easy experience.  There are many malls and districts with such a variety of stores that what is listed below does little to exhaust the consumer choices of the visitor to this other OC.

There are six major malls within city limits, though a recent shooting inside the Crossroads Mall disrecommends that shopping center.  50 Penn Place brims over with unique shops and restaurants, and the Penn Square Mall , set in the city’s tourist district, specializes in more conventional retail.  

Probably the best mall would be Quail Springs , which contains over 160 stores, a silly fifties themed food court, and an enormous cinema.

Better than the malls, however, are the picturesque and peculiar places of the Bricktown District, stores specializing in native designs, cuisine, and outdoor life.

The intensely artistic Paseo neighborhood sports its own couple blocks of shops and spots of Western Art with consistencies glass, clay, and paint.  There are also places to eat, pick up necessities, and maybe check out some children’s theater with bored young ones.
