The BBQ ribs at Sticky Fingers are some of the best ribs around.  The waiters and waitresses are always courteous.  The place does get busy, which is a reflection of the food quality.  A lunch time visit is recommended as it gets crowded after 4 PM.  There is a picture of President Bush walking out of the restaurant. Be sure to get your picture taken coming out of the same spot. Even if you don't agree with his politics, it's still a memorable shot to take.  You can also sit at the tables where the secret service sat at. It's clearly marked.
