Fantastic variety of walks in a little known area of Perthshire, from an easy stroll along the River Earn, to high mountain walking.  This area also has a wide variety of wildlife, including red kite... and relatively few walkers compared to the more established routes.  A great family friendly and informal annual walking festival, the 'Drovers' Tryst' takes place during the second week of October - at what is a fantastic time of year with the autumnal colours.  Their website www.droverstryst.co.uk illustrates the variety of walks.
