When in Nashville it would be a great idea to make time to visit the Yazoo brewery. It's tucked away here in Nashville and may be a little hard to find if you're not from here, but it really is something to experience. The tap room hours are Thursday & Friday 4-8 PM & Saturday 2-8 PM. They have tours on Saturday when they are not brewing. Tours at Yazoo start at 2:30, 3:30, 4:30, & 5:30. You get a chance to look around and sample some of the products that they offer and hear some background on the company and it's owners. Make sure you give yourself plenty of time because tours fill up quick.  NashvilleCulture.com has an article on them and some pictures of the place, but it's really something to checkout while you are in Nashville.
