This cozy bistro is tucked inside a plush green courtyard in Cactus Alley. It's not a wine bar, it's a full-blown restaurant with entrees like elk-stuffed pork tenderloin with cherry-mustard sauce; buffalo pastitsio; and tilapia wrapped in banana leaf. The Tapas selection is impressive, and Manna received Lubbock's first-ever Wine Enthusiast Award for their selection of wines and wine flights. Prices are comparable to Abuelo's or Chili's--most entrees are in the $10-$20 range.   Go there!  and don't wait for a special occasion.   Call ahead to reserve a piece of their spectacular coconut cake--they run out frequently.
