Sa Coma is a flat resort. The pavements do slope downwards at crossing places and generally are a good standard, though some particularly outside shops can be a little narrow. Bars and restaurants will have a ramp allowing wheelchair access, but be warned they can be very steep and would require assistance to get up/down them. Parking in the resort isn't a problem and is free, and some hotels have a few disabled places, but not many, and not all, though generally its easy to find a space close to the hotel.
There are doctors and chemists in the resort should any medical assistance be required. Generally the resort is suitable for disabled guests due to the lack of any hills, and the compact size of the resort.
