Christopher Columbus Waterfront Park was renovated and reopened in 2003. The park has views of Boston harbor, grassy areas for picnics, water fountain splash area for kids, a rose garden and arbor covered by wisteria. A statue of Christopher Columbus is a focal point of the park.

Located on the harbor near the Aquarium and the North End neighborhood it is easily accessible by the MBTA (Blue Line: Aquarium stop), Water Shuttle (F2, F2H commuter ferries from Quincy or the F4 Inner Harbor ferry to Long Wharf) and various MBTA bus routes.
