The Old Barn Steak House on the edge of Lemon Grove is a great, inexpensive way to dine in the San Diego area.  Their steaks are delicious and the prices are a great value.  You get much bigger portion for the price compare to other steak houses.  There are also daily specials such as the two 12 oz. rib-eye steak dinner for $25.   Try the Tostad Loca, which is a mixture of seafood and lime.  The atmosphere is also very nice, and the service is great.  The restaurant is typically not full on a Friday night such as other steak houses on the weekend, but many people do not know about it yet.
