Baltimore offers a number of excellent dining experiences. Many of the top restaurants listed are smaller venues with a limited number of tables. An alternative to making reservations well in advance is dining at the bar. Sure you don't get a table all to yourself, but you usually get good - if not great service at the bar. The purpose of this section is to gather locations with a great dining experience right at the bar.
