We stayed for 4 nights in August and felt very lucky to find a place in Kingsburg, given that we were booking only a month in advance! We're used to descriptions of "sleeps 8" being misleading, but this house had 3 large bedrooms and an additional sitting room with a pull out sofa. The photos are very honest, and taken from angles that probably make the property appear smaller. The kitchen was very well stocked, with at least 25 plates, lots of cloth napkins, cups of every size and lots of pots/ pans/ utensils. Maritime cottage developments often carefully count out 4 of everything for their guests, so this was a reall stand-out, as were the views from every window of the house. These windows were mainly quite small, which seems to miss an opportunity to really capitalize on the views, but that's part of the charm of older buildings.
