Casa Serena is simply that, a quiet location, beautiful, comfortable home in a serene setting. Our extended family stayed here for 10 days, and loved it. The house is very well maintained and in perfect condition, while being historic and beautiful.
In May the temperatures were in the 60's. Very comfortable for breakfast on the patio in the morning and sitting by the pool in the late afternoon. Back roads were quiet and the hill towns were full of gorgeous piazzas, churches and art. The Marche is really undiscovered, and beautiful. Local people were happy to see us, and to help us learn about their area.
Our host, Jenny, was so friendly and helpful. She is a delight.
Note: the description suggests this home is available for long term rental, but we were easily able to rent it for our 10 day stay. more
