    An attractive, spacious and comfortable ground floor apartment, with air con/heating system, situated in the quiet suburb of Llenaire , Puerto Pollensa, and only 2 minutes from the lovely sandy beach. The swimming pool in the centre of the block has a separate toddler section and is surrounded by well- maintained gardens
    The area is, popular with families in the high season and walkers, cyclists, golfers and climbers throughout the year. The local restaurants are just a short stroll away and the nearby supermarket is a 5 minute walk.

    The accommodation includes 3 good sized bedrooms (1 double, 2 twins), 2 bathrooms, a lounge/dining area, fully equipped kitchen and utility room. French windows open onto a patio with garden furniture or you may prefer to relax on our sunloungers.

    The living/dining room is very comfortable with a large dining table, two sofas, satellite TV, DVD and CD player. There is a selection of books and games and you are welcome to bring your own DVDs or CDs.

    All bedrooms are a good size with ceiling fans and fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 1 has a double bed (twin beds with double bedhead) and bedroom 2 and 3 have twin beds. There are two family bathrooms, both with bath, shower and WC. 1 bathroom also has a bidet.

    There is a modern, contemporary kitchen with all-new appliances including with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher. The utility room contains the washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board

    All payments by cheque. All prices are in British £ sterling. We do not accept Euros.
    25% deposit is required on booking with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
    A £150 returnable security/breakages deposit is payable 8 weeks before arrival
    Changeover day in high season (July & August) is Saturday. Flexible at other times.
    Arrival after 1500. Departure by 1000. We make every effort for guests to be accommodated by 1500 hours. However our Management Company have asked us to point out that in exceptional circumstances the apartment may not be ready until 4pm +.

    The apartment is rented to sleep a maximum of 6 people. If it is found that the number exceeds 6 (plus baby) the Management Company will ask the group to leave.

    Legal footnote: We offer only ordinary residential apartment rental under a Seasonal Rental Contract per the 'LAU' Urban Tenancy Act (Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos de 1994). No touristic services are available from us.

Great apartment which was spacious and fantastically well equipped. The two bathrooms were a great asset especially with 4 sporty teenagers. Just back from a wonderful week's holiday in this apartment. The facilities were excellent and my grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed the pool.
