    The apartment is situated above the contemporary 'Off The WAll' Art Gallery on Hill street in the middle of the village. The stairs take you to the first floor where there is a fully fitted contemporary kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave, a large spacious living room and a large Bedroom offering either twin beds or a Superking dependant on your requirements. This bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom. There is also a utility room with washer dryer and a guest toilet. A further staircase leades to the second floor where there are two Kingsize bedrooms both with ensuite showers, basins and wc's. Everything has been done to a high standard and feedback from our guests suggest that it is the best facility in the area for this size of accomodation.

    How to get there
    From the East (Newcastle)

    Take the A69 (Carlisle) Rd and at the first roundabout (aprox 15 miles) take the second exit (B631) to Corbridge. You will come into the village down a steep hill with a single passing point in the road. You pass the Shell petrol station and you go straight across the junction by the Angel Inn into Middle street. This stakes you into the market place with the church on your right hand side. The road bears right and the church remains on your right. Take the first right into Hill street and the Church remains on your right. At the end of the church wall if you look to your left you will see Off The Wall Gallery and the holiday apartment is above it. We stayed at the Old Exchange with my parents, sister and brother-in-law for a week in August. The owner is very friendly and approachable, available if you need help, unobtrusive when you don't. Very comfortable facilities. 3 bedrooms all en-suite. Large living room. Well equipped kitchen. Very convenient location, in town center close to restaurants, pubs and shops, yet quiet. Good parking.. (Not suitable for people with mobility difficulties - It is upstairs) more

We travelled as a couple with 2 older teenagers for a weeks holiday during half term. The property is in the main street of Corbridge with all the necessary amenities close to hand.
