We stayed here 4 nights on our honeymoon, and were very pleasantly welcomed by the owner with a bottle of cold prosecco and water in the fridge. The house is cosy and well equipped (2 person bedroom, bathroom with toilet and shower, kitchen with everything you may need, tv, couch etc.). The best feature is the shady terrace where we sat out drinking wine and chatting a couple of nights. There also was an outside-shower and a garden with herbs and vegetables that we could use. The fresh basilicum was really tasty!
The town of Marzamemi is in itself very beautiful and pitturesque, with a nice square, restaurants and a little harbour. However it was a bit more touristy than we expected. The centre can be reached in 10-15 minutes walking. The owner lend us his bikes (very friendly) which meant that we were in town in less than 5 minutes.. perfect!
