    This two bedroomed top floor apartment completed in Spring 2008 is situated in a quiet residential area and has an open aspect to the front (not overlooked). It forms part of the popular La Cinuelica, Los Altos development. It is situated about 10 minutes drive from the town and marina of Torrevieja. Local amenities are within walking distance, i.e. shops, supermarkets, restaurants etc and the nearest beach is at Punta Prima (about 25 minutes walk...or just minutes by car).

    The apartment is fully air-conditioned (hot and cold).     Additional Rate and Availability Information
    A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking. The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival. Changeovers any day of the week, subject to availability. A refundable damage/security deposit of €150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage, loss or excess cleaning. There is also a fee of €50 for cleaning and laundry charge, payable to my agent in Spain.

    We will provisionally reserve the apartment in your name for 7 days pending receipt of your deposit. Bank transfer details will be supplied. Please email to confirm that you have made the payment and use your surname as a payment reference. Once received we shall confirm that this is a firm booking.

    How to get there
    The main airports are Murcia and Alicante and these are serviced by many of the budget carriers, eg. Ryanair, Easyjet, BMI Baby, Fly Be and Fly Monarch. Murcia (San Javier) is about 20 minutes by car and Alicante about 40 minutes. The apartment is only 5 minutes from the N332.

    Ferries from the UK and Ireland travel to northern Spain (Bilbao and Santander) or for a long term stay you might consider a drive through France down to the Costa Blanca.

    Car hire is available from either airport or transfers from the airport to the apartment can be arranged if required. A combination of both is often available through us, ie a transfer to the apartment where your selected car hire is waiting.

A lovely well equipped apartment. Comfortable - home from home, and english TV was a great plus .. We were very lucky with the weather, warm and sunny everyday. The pool was hardly used (maybe due to the time of year), therefore it was a peaceful place to enjoy the sunshine and read a book ot two. The supermarket is a short walk from the apartment and has everything you could possibly need. A 20 minute walk in the opposite direction took us to the bars and restaurants and then on to the beach area. A new shopping centre/mall has just opened in La Zenia, a 10-15 minute taxi ride away, if you fancy a shopping trip. Torrevieja is actually a few miles away from the apartment. We did take a taxi to Torrevieja harbour, which is a lovely place to either relax and enjoy the sunshine, or go for drinks or a meal, in one of the long line of restaurants which offer al fresco dining whilst looking out to sea, just absolutely wonderful.
