The house was formerly the home of Sandsend Tennis Club and with its large sea-facing patio and tennis court size lawn it's easy to imagine its past history. The Pavillion is a great place to stay for extended families or large groups of friends. I had both during my stay and it really worked largely due to the configuration of the bedrooms which give you a good degree of privacy during the night. We had a most enjoyable holiday in this large, well equipped house. There was plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils, the soft furnishings were attractive - it helped that they were in my favorite colour! - and the wall art was modern. We were delighted with our stay at the Pavilion.
