The property has spacious and airy accommodation with the most fantastic roof terrace with views of both the mountains and the distant sea. The roof terrace is ideal for subathing, relaxing and drinking in the stunning views.

    Canillas de Albiada has 3 supermarkets and 4 restaurants but benefits from being only 4 kms from the village of Competa with its many bars and resturants and 2 kms from Archez with its stunning Moorish church.
    The house makes an ideal location from which to explore the local area and the coast being close to Torre del Mar with its magnificent seafront promenade and the holiday resort of Nerja.

    The kitchen has recently been upgraded and modernised and is now fully fitted with Oak units and Granite work tops.

    The lounge has a sofa bed that can be used to sleep an extra two people. Also all of the bedrooms, lounge and dining area have ceiling fans for those warm summer nights. The log burner has an expansion tank linked to radiators upstairs so you get a nice warm house in the winter as long as you have the fire going. Very easy to keep in and economical.

    Cleaning Included in price but for short bookings of less than a week a supplement of £30 per stay is sometimes charged for this service. Cleaner is English and local so you can be met in Archez (2km) and taken to the house if you wish. A welcome pack can also be provided upon request.
    Deposit of £100 required on booking and final payment is required 6 weeks before departure.
    Payment can be accepted by Cheque or bank transferr in both Euros and Pounds contact the owner for details.
