My husband, nine-year-old daughter and I stayed just one night at this chambre d'hôtes near Cahors. I'd explicitly booked a location with a pool, as I expected the August weather to be hot. The weather did not meet expectations, but that didn't keep our daughter from loving the clean, unheated pool.
We arrived on a Sunday and with very little notice, Tanya managed to get us a dinner reservation in a nearby town. The restaurant was charming and excellent, far better than anything we would have found on our own. The bedrooms were clean and attractive, the beds comfortable, and the bathroom up-to-date and stylish. We took advantage of a mini fridge that was available, and had the option to do laundry as well.
A plentiful continentl breakfast was served on the terrace the next morning, and we got to enjoy the beautiful light and the curious chickens before heading out for our next destination. more
