We arrived a lot later than I had told Fabrice because of some issues with trains but he didn't care how late it was, he welcomed us with open arms, showed us round the whole house and even gifted us a block of the nicest french cheese and white wine.
He also printed us all out maps of where the buses go to and from etc and gathered together numerous flyers and pamplets for local activities around the town and the lake which was very useful.
Fabrice's generosity extended when we were hit right at the end of the week by the French rail strike, he made sure we knew what our options were and called me to make sure we were safely on our way.
On to the house which was brilliant, all modern, clean and fresh but with personality. The pool, whilst smaller than usual, was plenty for us 5 and could easily fit 10+ people. The shower room and two toilet rooms were all modern, clean and fully functional.
The 3 double bedrooms were also lovely, very comfortable but not hot... more
