This chalet is in the Gasenried area, outside the town of St. Niklaus. The chalet's interior is very well looked after. St. Niklaus is at an altitude of 1116 metres and has 2000 inhabitants. It is in the Mattertal Valley and is sometimes called the Nikolaital. The surroundings of St Niklaus are very beautiful. The famous walk known as the Höheweg Vispertaler Sonnenberge is highly recommended. Most of the walk is done at an altitude of 2000 metres. It's an experience to remember. You can count on enjoying spectacular views in clear weather.
