The four bedroom townhouses all have their own swimming pools. All homes are finished to a high standard with luxury kitchens and travertine floors. The Mullins Bay development has 24-hour security ensuring residents privacy in the homes and the landscaped gardens of the development.

The club facilities feature a world-class tennis club and state of the art fitness centre in an atmosphere of plantation gentility and charm.

Rental of the townhouses allows access to the Royal Westmoreland Beach Club and nearby Sugar Hill Resort, which offers tennis and leisure facilities.

Staff hours are 8:30am - 1:30pm & 5:30pm - 8:30pm. Each staff member has one day off a week.
