    Holiday Rental House –
    2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom, Sleeps 4
Set in an idylic rural location overlooking the village of Bonsall in Derbyshire. The cottage is set on a quiet country lane with many footpaths leading into the countryside. The nearby fields are the home to the sheep and alpacas from Spinney Farm and you may also see cows from the nearby dairy farm. As the cottage is set in a dry stone wall enclosure it's a totally safe space for children to run around, and for you to just sit and relax.

Spinney Farm cottage is just down the road from the farm therefore completely private but just a 2 minute stroll if you need any help.

Don't miss the annual 'Hen Racing' at the Barley Mow (10 min walk), held on the first Saturday in August.
Matlock Bath is just a short 10 min drive away with many tourist attractions including Gulliver...

A really lovely barn conversion, done to a very high standard. Warm and cosy with fantastic views over the valley, we loved hearing the owls at night. A great location for touring this beautiful part of the country with great walks and lots to see and do within easy driving distance. We will definitely be back. more

This is a lovely cottage in a quiet location with wonderful views. Very convenient for visiting the many attractions in the area. A lot of information about local walks etc., is available in the cottage. A modern layout makes this a great place to stay. I would recommend that you visit the Barley Mow Inn for a meal, they serve... more

5 of 5 stars Reviewed 13 July 2013 for a stay in June 2013

We stayed with our 2 year old in June and were pleasantly surprised at the high standard of the accommodation. From the drench shower, lovely country kitchen to the really comfy beds. The house was perfect for a young child with a really safe garden to play in, our daughter instantly settled in. The location was fab if you want... more
