    A deposit of one third of the total rental price is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance is then due six weeks before the start of the holiday.

    If the booking is made less than six weeks prior to the start of the holiday, payment in full is required. Credit card payments will incur a 1% surcharge. There is no surcharge for debit card transactions. A damages deposit is also required. Pets are chargeable at most of this agent's properties, where applicable.

We have just returned from 2 magical weeks at Trolver Barn! It is an absolutely wonderful setting; so close to Truro & Falmouth yet so quiet and peaceful. We were a family of 4 for a week and were then joined by 3 friends(1 adult & 2 teenagers) The house works well for two families with lots of space for all!
All of the furnishings are first rate; John Lewis cotton bed linen and crockery, Marks & Spencer furniture - not what you'd expect from a holiday home. There is wonderful artwork all around the house with loads of little touches to make you feel right at home. Fresh flowers everywhere when we arrived together with fresh eggs from the Trolver hens & fruit cake.
Can't recommend highly enough - and that's after 20 years of renting holiday cottages in Devon & Cornwall!!!! Our best yet!!!!

Perfect place for a west country holiday in a really lovely barn conversion. The standard of accommodation is of the highest level, with a wood burner for winter nights, comfy bed rooms and well finished bathrooms and kitchen. There is also the added benefit of a splendid games room within the premises. A fully enclosed lawned garden with views of Restonguet Creek, set in peaceful surroundings make this the perfect holiday home.
We have years of west country holiday cottages/barns/farms behind us and this is second to none.
