This is an annexe to the owner's house in the delightful small town of Talgarth. The cottage is well equipped and has plenty of space - including for your car or bikes. Very comfortable, beautifully warm and much lighter than you might expect. Small patio with table and chairs for sunny weather - and a woodburning stove for winter evenings.
You can arrive in your car and never get in it again. Beautiful walks or cycle rides straight from the town. Talgarth Mill is 100 yds from the cottage and serves delicious coffee and lunches/teas using bread made with mill flour. There is a deli/butcher/greengrocer and a co-op open from 7 to 11 so you can self-cater easily without bringing anything with you.
There is no wifi in the cottage but there is wifi in the Tourist Centre about 100yds away, with computers you can use. We were able to do all we needed by tethering from our 3 phone. EE phone worked but not data. more
