    At the lake is a children's play area, gym (chargeable), water sport centre and lakeside brasserie serving good food and providing occasional evening entertainment. Spring Lake is on the outskirts of South Cerney, a picturesque Cotswold village. In the village is a shop and a highly rated foodie pub. We are four miles from Cirencester, the 'Capital of the Cotswolds' for chic shopping and good eating places in a lovely setting .

    Open plan living/ dining room overlooking the lake. There are two cosy sofas, a couple of leather chairs and a dining table that seats six. There is a flat screen 32' TV with Freeview, DVD player and DAB radio. A selection of recent DVDs are also available. The rear wall of the ground floor is virtually all glass to make the most of the view. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the dining/ living area with a cooker, fridge/ freezer, microwave, washer/dryer and a selection of cook books. Also downstairs is a shower room with WC and basin.

    Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. The main bedroom overlooks the lake with a floor to ceiling window to make the most of the view. TV/DVD player. There is also a second double bedroom and a twin room.

    Spring Lake is situated on Station Road, South Cerney, just off the B4696 (Spine Road East).

    From the M4 leave the motorway at J15 and follow the A419 Swindon-Cirencester dual carriageway. Leave the A419 at Spine Road Junction and follow the B4696. Spring Lake is about 800 yards away.

    From the M5 leave the motrorway at J11A and follow the A417 to Cirencester. From Cirencester the dual carriageway continues as the A419 (stay on the same road). Leave the A419 at Spine Road Junction and follow the B4696. Spring Lake is about 800 yards away.

    10 to 15 minute drive from Kemble train station and Kemble airfield... Swindon train station would be about 20 to 30 minutes.

The ideal place for a relaxing getaway. The booking process was seamless & Nantucket was exactly as described. South Cerney centre was an easy 15/20 mins walk, where we had a warm welcome and fantastic meal in the Royal Oak. more

The location of the lodge is fantastic and it would be difficult to beat this for a more peaceful and relaxing setting. Booked Nantucket for a long weekend for 3 couples. Location was brilliant with the rear of the property directly on the lake. The house was kitted out well with everything we needed and the owner was easy to contact. Thoroughly recommend this property. more
