Beautiful villa with perfect mix of hills and ocean
We stayed at Federico and Anna’s place in August with our small family and a second family joined us for the second week. Plenty of space for all of us and we had a wonderful time.
Our hosts were super friendly, helpful and informative and provided us with a delicious meal when we arrived really late due to a delayed flight - even adapted for gluten allergies. Figs to pick from the tree and a sweet dog, Glen who the kids fell in love with.
The space is comfortable and clean, plenty of room to cook and eat inside or outside with two families. Furniture and bedding/towels all great.
Pool is in a great location overlooking the hills. Pool lights for midnight swims and plenty of space for early morning poolside yoga an added bonus.
20mins from the coast for beach clubs as well as some great free beaches in the national park, San Bartolo. Pesaro and Fano are the closest towns with everything you need and there are plenty of other towns to explore with castles and churches. Federico has some great suggestions for delicious restaurants and the all important best gelato shops.

Old fashioned appartment
The appartment is old fashioned and some of the furniture is broken.
There is no view on the sea at all from one of both appartments and the pool is 5 min. walk down the hill.
The owner asks 50 euro cash to pay for the final cleaning while in his own agreements you can read that the rent is including the final cleaning!!!

Wonderful pool and surroundings at san Rocco
We were 14 days at San Rocco with two girls at 11 and 16 years and a dog.
Everybody were satisfied with the apartment, big garden, fields and a wonderful pool!
The hosts were very kind and helpful. There is a lot of nice towns/small villages near San Rocco and The adriatic Sea is 7 km away. There is a lot of beaches nearby - also where you dont have to pay. We can highly recommend the place to anyone who likes nature,- sun and Sea!

About the neighbourhood
The area of Pesaro-Urbino, in the northern part of Marche Region where San Rocco Resort is located, is full of soft hills and a number of ancient towns still left as they were during the Renaissance age. Towns like Urbino, Mondavio, Fano, Gubbio, Gradara, San Leo and many many others makes this area a unique mix of arts, arhitecture and nature. In summer every small town creates a folkloristic event that represents the life of the Renaissance bringing the viewer to experience the atmosphere of those times.
The perfume of the flowers and trees make the atmosphere magic especially at the sunset when the sun goes down behind the hills.
You can also visit farms where olive oil, wine and other products from the countryside are produced, and you can also buy them.
If you love the sea you cannot miss to visit the not too far (about 50 km) Monte Conero area (close to Ancona) where the sea is absolutely spectacular and you can enjoy excellent foods on the sea-side.
For children is pure fun all the time. The can enjoy outdoor acquarium like in Cattolica with dolphins, or having fun at the Aquafun in Riccione (the largest aquapark in Europe), they can play in the pure and soft sand on the beaches of Fano, Pesaro and many other towns along the seaside.
In other words, this area is absolutely unique for an incredible holiday time and San Rocco Resort is just at the center of this area.
