    Condo/Apartment –
    2 Bedrooms, Sleeps 4
With magnificent west facing views overlooking the Dornoch Firth, this building, which was originally built in 1779, overlooks a small harbour and has an award winning sandy beach a short walk away.

This part of Scotland is exceptionally rich in history and has a wonderful landscape to explore so it makes this apartment a perfect base, especially for those who have a keen interest in bird watching, wildlife and walking. A plus with this area is that is has the lowest rainfall in Scotland and it has no midges! With so much around to discover, from the outstanding coastal walk and the potential to see dolphins close to the shore, you could have an entire week go by without using a car. If do want to travel through the area, the capital of the Highlands, Inverness, is roughly 40 miles south...

5 of 5 stars Reviewed 19 August 2014 for a stay in August 2014

This flat is in a historic building, so the small square windows are quite quaint. Good spot looking out in the harbour and lots of space around the back for parking. The flat is well kitted out with everything you need and it was spotlessly clean. This area is perfect for walks, lovely beach, fishing and has a golf course. Also a great restaurant called The
Oystercatcher. It isn't far to travel to other places and is only an hour or so to Inverness. Definitely would rent this property again.
