Views, as advertised, were wonderful, but downside of great views from high up is climbing up to them! the trek to the local shop and to the ferry is great for improving fitness!.
Generally the property is a pretty average to good mid range let, not luxury (we have a lot of family experience) but the recently added 'loft' bedroom has been squeezed into a small space with all the roof lines coming in to a pyramid shape making standing up straight impossible except in the ridge line. Great for small children or very small people, but I never did manage to avoid hitting my head regularly, and I'm not that tall. The best feature was the head out of the window position which I had to adopt when standing at the lavatory. this would have been nice if the view was of Dartmouth, but unfortunately it faced the rear of house.
