This villa is split level design with the living area and one bedroom on the ground floor, and the Master bedroom comprising the entire upper level. It also boast an out door deck area which you can bask in the sun, enjoy an early morning outdoor breakfast or the quiet evening breeze.

All the bedrooms are air conditioned with ensuite bathrooms. The Master bedroom comprises the entire upper level. It has its own private terrace with views of the resort and partial ocean view. The 1st guest bedroom is located downstairs along with living area which opens up onto a sundeck with views of the resort. The 2nd guest bedroom is a cottage just a stone's throw away from the main house.

All guests staying in Royal Westmoreland will have access to the resort facilities which include flood lit tennis courts, gym and communal pool. There are special golf rates for guests. There is also a Kid's Club on the Resort which is open at certain times during the year.
