This villa is set in a high position overlooking the Sandy Lane Estate golf course as well as the Caribbean Sea. There is a covered patio deck with an outdoor living room with couches and armchairs as well as a dining area with a table and chairs. A second patio with a couch and armchairs is located just outside the indoor living room and leads to the private swimming pool bordered by tall trees. This villa also has a private beach cabana with sun loungers and a refrigerator located at the Sandy Lane Property Owner's Beach facility.

The entrance to the villa leads directly to the main living room with couches, armchairs, and doors to the patio. On the south side of the living room is a combined sitting and dining room with a couch, TV, and table with chairs. There is a fully-equipped kitchen that is staffed with a personal cook for every meal. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, sitting area, and ensuite bathroom with a shower and separate tub. The second and third bedrooms each have two single beds [which can be connected] and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub.

Located on the exclusive Sandy Lane Estate in the parish of St. James, this west coast villa is just a short distance to the beach. Referred to as the "Platinum Coast," St. James is known for having the calmest seas, the safest waters, and the softest sand. Many fun, interesting, and celebratory festivals are held throughout the year around the island, including the renowned Holetown Festival in February, which consists of fashion shows, street parades, live concerts, theatrical performances, and much more! Barbados is also a great place for the shopper, especially in the capital of Bridgetown. Broad Street has department stores, duty free shops, and other specialty boutiques whereas Pelican Village is a charming and picturesque outdoor center full of restaurants, art galleries, and craft stores. The island is very lively and has plenty of opportunities to play any kind of water sport, go golfing, and visit museums, all which allow you to make your schedule as busy or calm as you'd prefer.
