The manager Vishal does a fantastic job maintaining the pool and grounds and is available on site to respond to any problems. Fitts Village is halfway between the bustling port of Bridgetown and the chic, tourist centre of Holetown. There is a car park and beach access, a quaint bandstand, gardens, public toilets and shower. Formerly a fishing vilage it is one of a string of settlements stretching all the way along the Platinum Coast. There is a supermarket (Jordans), several restaurants (Il Tempio, Calabaza), an internet cafe and a pharmacy. The sandy beach runs for miles in both directions, with many trees offering shade, and facilities at Escape Hotel and Crystal Cove Hotel within walking distance. Activities include catamaran trips, deep-sea fishing, snorkelling, jet-ski, tours of the island, caves, wildlife parks, visiting colonial buildings, rum distilleries and much more. And celebrity spotting along the beach at Sandy Lane!
