Pineapple House is one of the finest luxury villas at Tryall. The whole villa completed renovations in the summer of 2004. Upon your arrival to this wonderful home, you are greeted with soft, gentle sounds of the waterfall grotto. The furnishings are elegant yet comfortable. The house is full of the most beautiful art work which has been collected throughout the entire Caribbean.

There are two very large verandas, one upstairs to capture the blue Caribbean Sea, and the other downstairs which wraps around the pool area and also offers expansive vistas of the ocean, the famous greens of the Tryall Golf Course and Jamaica’s northern coastline. This veranda offers outdoor dining where many enjoyable nights of entertaining may be held.

The bedrooms are all air conditioned and feature their own ensuite bathrooms. Villa on 2 levels, each level has large veranda to capture the spectacular views of the blue azure Caribbean Sea. Three bedrooms are located upstairs, fourth bedroom privately located downstairs with large ensuite bathroom Two bathrooms are made of marble, with special waterfall showers. All bedrooms offer four mahogany doors that ope up to take in the full views of the blue azures of the ocean, and bring in the soft Caribbean trade winds.

Throughout the home, there is a lovely collection of hand carved furniture, unique to each room…including a very special Children’s suite. This elegant two-story island home has every amenity, including a warm and gracious staff, to ensure your every wish will be met for a memorable Jamaican vacation. ACCOMMODATIONS UPSTAIRS Master Bedroom King-size bed, cable television, louvered doors and windows on three sides, French doors to balcony and beautiful sea view; en-suite bathroom with double-basin vanity and walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 Queen size bed, cable television, French doors to balcony; en-suite bathroom with tub-shower combination. Children’s Room Twin beds, French doors to balcony, hand-painted kids’ bathroom with tub-shower combination. The Children’s Room is a folly designed around a playful riot of color. The twin beds can be converted to king-size so this room can be used also by playful adults. DOWNSTAIRS 4th Bedroom Queen size bed, cable television, French doors to verandah, also opens to living room; en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and his ‘n’ hers vanities. All bathrooms are textures of green marble, white Corian and rich mahogany. All have ceiling fans and 6” rainfall showerheads.

Tryall is a private club whose members may use all Club facilities and programs at no extra charge, with the exception of golf. Amenities include tennis, beach, water sports, the excellent gym, the Kids Club, Great House afternoon tea and various special events.

Commencing January 1, 2009, the Tryall Club will require all villa and condo guests to become members during their stay via a Temporary Membership Fee of US100 per week for each guest 18 or older, or US20 per day per person for stays of less than 7 days (inclusive of tax). This policy applies to all new bookings received after September 1, 2008.

Plan to pay your Temporary Membership Fee locally at the Front Desk in the Great House when you register. Credit cards are accepted. You will be given a temporary membership card to enable your access to all Club facilities. Updated Sep 1, 2008
