Kima Villa is located directly on the trade wind swept North Coast in exclusive Mammee Bay and looking out to the town of Ocho Rios. Kima is lushly landscaped and has a true Caribbean feel, especially as you enter the open beamed ceiling (25 ft) living/dining room. Truly the outside is brought in as large louvered doors open the room up to the outside verandah, bar, pool and ocean.
The gardens and pool area offer spectacular views of Ocho Rios across the bay. There is a small sandy area close to the sea, but guests need to walk down a private road to the Mammee Bay Beach Club for swimming and water sports.
Kima has three spacious bedrooms, a second floor master bedroom with terrace and ground level bedroom #2, and 3#. All the bedrooms are air conditioned with private bathrooms.
