This is a great villa, in my opinion. It has everything we needed (two couples) and seemed to work well. We (the two couples) have traveled together throughout the Caribbean for more than 20 years. So, we are probably more accepting of "island" time and amenities. Tropicasa had everything we needed, including air conditioning in each bedroom. The view is nice and we had all the dishes/pots/pans necessary to cook breakfast and such.
You will need a car if you stay at Tropicasa (which will probably be true if you stay anywhere on Montserrat), but they will arrange it for you. Ken Cassell, the owner, met us at the airport, waited until one of our bags arrived on a later flight and then met us at the villa. He did a fine walk-through and we were very comfortable.
The only "negative", which is really not a negative per-se, is that the whirlpool/hot tub is not really a hot tube. It is only a whirlpool. But really, no big deal.
