The upstairs floor plan includes the dining area, kitchen & 2 bedrooms with private baths. Adding to the feeling of airy space, a generous circular veranda surrounds the upstairs ocean side of "Vista Villa". The ground floor (connected by an interior spiral staircase) has another bedroom with private bath, entertainment area & wet bar.

Besides having your own private dock, Vista Villa is an easy 1-minute walk to the sandy beach at Leverick Bay Resort, with tennis, restaurant, marina, watersports & boutiques.

Please note that "Vista Villa " rates exclude 7% tax.

Security Deposit - clients must leave a credit card imprint or 500 cash w/ villa office upon arrival on island.
